Georgia Lane Reidy (b. 1998) explores and questions, through her work, her understanding of personhood. Her practice dances the tightrope between longing and straining, and is an ongoing inquiry into themes that arise from all facets of self preservation, connection and encounter, such as dissonance, remorse, and the desire to be loved. Georgia befriends ambiguity and creates as a way to make sense of her own experiences within familial, romantic, and platonic relationships as well as overall self acceptance.
